Thank you for your interest in participating as an Arranger in the Random Acts of Flowers Indianapolis 2025 Flor-A-Thon! We are so thrilled to have you join us for an event full of flowers, fun, and giving back to the community. All floral arrangements made over the course of the event will be delivered to patients in healthcare facilities throughout Indianapolis.

After completing this registration form, you will get more information via email on how to create a unique-to-you fundraising page to help you meet your $500 (minimum) pledge! 

Choose up to 3 options. If you have open availability, please select the ANY SHIFT options below. We will do our best to accommodate your shift preferences. Please Note: If you plan to commit to more than one shift, please register more than once. 

As a participant in the 2025 RAF Indy Flor-A-Thon, you are committing to a $500 minimum donation for a 90 minute shift of arranging. This donation can be made through fundraising with your network, making the donation yourself, or a combination of both. These funds will be collected no later than Wednesday, June 25th. If you register for more than one shift, you are committing to $500 per shift. 

As a participant in the 2025 RAF Indy Flor-A-Thon you agree to allow RAF Indy to use your photo or likeness in any promotional materials, the event livestream, any social media posts related to the event. We will do our best to always get your best angle!
